SurMount Cordloc
Revolutionary new two-piece product designed for drawstring applications. The SurMount CL functions as a combination cordloc, hole grommet and tethering device. The SurMount CL is mounted onto the fabric with a simple straight-on ratcheting assembly. The enlarged ergonomic angled finger locators accentuate the ease of release of the SurMount CL. The two tiered backplate accepts fabric thickness of 4.6mm to .5mm (.180" to .020").

Once the cord is easily threaded through the prealigned holes, a simple squeeze permanently unlocks the alignment mechanism and engages the stainless steel spring to grip any cord. This provides manufacturers with a simplified Cordloc attachment method. The Toaster provides the option for a lanyard tie-down to assist in one-hand adjustment applications.
