Micro Aerohead
As the name suggests, the Micro Aerohead is a smaller version of the popular Aerohead and NexGrip Aerohead. Designed to fit 1.5mm to 2mm cord, the Micro Aerohead assembles just like the standard Aeroheads. While smaller, the Micro Aerohead's ergonomic shape makes it easy to grasp.

Cyberian Cordloc
The European Outdoor Industry Award-winning design can be used in tethered applications for ease of use with, or without gloves. A paradigm shift in CordLoc operation utilizing “Pull to loosen, Pull to tighten” technology. The flair shape design allows actuation by just gripping the part and pulling, no small plunger to push. A tether slot is available for optional webbing for more glove friendly operation.

Aerohead
ITW Nexus' latest cord end closure has an enhanced shape and wedge locking mechanism that creates a loop for easy finger location and greater pull strength.

LineLoc Anchor 3
The LineLoc Anchor 3 allows users to anchor 3mm cord using a sewable nylon part. A field repairable part that offers the ability to repair a torn cord without tearing open a seam.

StructSure Aerohead
A smaller lighter weight zipperpull. The StructSure Aerohead consists of two common plastic pieces and one stainless steel wire. The StructSure Aerohead may be assembled to its application at any time during the manufacturing process by nesting the wire in between the two plastic components.

NexGrip Aerohead
The latest in zipper pull technology, the NexGrip Aerohead Female utilizes all the great features of our Aerohead, but incorporates a soft touch feel. Like many soft touch items that are available today (pens, toothbrushes), the NexGrip Aerohead is a two shot injection molded part with the end result producing a soft comfortable grip for the user. The NexGrip Aerohead Female is used in conjunction with the Aerohead Male (P/N: 864-4000).

Aerohead 2.0
The mid-size Aerohead zipper pull offers proven Aerohead mechancis and assembly with a concave grip accomodating 2.0mm cord.

NiteShade Aerohead
The NiteShade Aerohead incorporates the sleek Aerohead design with glow in the dark technology. The latch portion of the Aerohead, when exposed to either sunlight or artificial light, will glow for up to six hours. When exposed to light, the latch's natural color is an opaque white. It's natural glow-in-the-dark color is green.

Zipcord
The Zipcord easily snaps onto ends of cord and attaches to a zipper tab or slider to provide a convenient and attractive zipper pull. The Zipcord reduces cord usage and installs quicker than tying a knot.

AeroWave
A new Zipper pull design that incorporates a whistle, making the AeroWave a unique Zipper pull for safety and security applications. The design features are consistent with the Aerohead Zipperpull line, which complete a "family" look on an application. The two-color AeroWave makes it easily identifiable on the application.

Cord End
The innovative concept of the Single Cord End from ITW Nexus combines an engaging visual appeal with an effective and simple technique.

Cannon Clip
Performs as a finger gripping point to ease draw cord tensioning, preventing cord and cordloc seperation.

Cord Base
The Cord Base is a termination for two pieces of 2.2mm shock cord. Rigid insert holds cord ends, elastomer collar holds inserts together.
